The scope of services, timelines, and pricing will be agreed with the client prior to the start of any project.

3. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in any activity which may harm the site or service
  • Not copy or reuse any content without permission

4. Payments & Billing

  • All services require an agreed quotation or invoice before work starts.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or as mentioned on the invoice.
  • For monthly services, payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.

5. Project Delivery & Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide all required content, access, and information needed to start the project.
  • Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline delays.
  • Completed projects will be delivered as per the agreed scope. Any additional features or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Revisions & Modifications

  • Unless specified otherwise, up to 2 rounds of revisions are included for website development services.
  • Additional revisions may be charged at an hourly or agreed rate.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed under our Refund Policy.
In general:

  • Refunds are not applicable once a service has been started, delivered, or if delays are caused by the client.
  • Subscription or recurring services can be cancelled with prior written notice.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and content will be transferred to the client except for licensed or third-party assets.
  • Zero Vibe LTD may showcase the completed project as part of its portfolio unless requested otherwise by the client.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project information confidential and not disclose any details to third parties without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zero Vibe LTD will not be liable for:

  • Losses due to misuse of the website or services
  • Issues arising from third-party plugins, hosting, or software
  • Loss of revenue caused by downtime or website issues after delivery unless under a maintenance contract

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, plugins, hosting, or software for service delivery. Their terms and policies also apply where relevant.

12. Termination

Zero Vibe LTD reserves the right to terminate a service or client relationship if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK legal jurisdiction.
