At Zero Vibe LTD, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not issued for work that has already started, delivered, or completed, except in rare cases outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not been started after payment, and the client requests cancellation within 7 days of payment.
  • Zero Vibe LTD cancels the project due to internal reasons before any work has begun.

πŸ” Partial Refund May Be Issued If:

  • Work has begun but is less than 50% completed.
    • The partial refund will be calculated based on completed work and time spent.
  • Client paid for monthly services (like SEO or maintenance) and requests cancellation before the service month starts.

❌ No Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • The project is 50% or more completed.
  • Work was delayed due to client’s failure to provide content, access, feedback, or required information.
  • The service has been completed and delivered.
  • Client changes their mind, decides to stop, or engages another service provider after work has begun.
  • Third-party service issues such as hosting, domain, plugins, or API provider failures occur (not caused by us).

3. Digital Products (If Applicable)

Payments for digital products, templates, or downloadable items are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Subscription / Monthly Services

For recurring or subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, website maintenance):

  • Cancellation request must be emailed at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds for the current month will be issued after work has begun.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a client files an unnecessary dispute or chargeback:

  • Access to services may be suspended.
  • Zero Vibe LTD reserves the right to provide proof of delivered work to reject the claim.

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve issues amicably before raising disputes.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted by email to:
